Ms. Prachi Mishra is passionate Legal Academician with nearly 5 years of professional experience with a deep interest in technology’s intersection with legal norms, especially in the
fields of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain. She has served as an Assistant Professor at prominent institutions such as Symbiosis Law College, Pune, and ICFAI University, Dehradun. Her academic background reflects a comprehensive knowledge of the subject, with a Ph.D.
focusing on “Regulatory Analysis of AI and Blockchain in Healthcare within Smart Cities.”
Her endeavor to remain updated with global trends is evident from her diverse certificate
courses spanning topics like New Trends in law, AI and Law authorised by Lund University
(Sweden), Intellectual Property Rights in the Digital Age from Saint Petersburg State
University, and more. She has also completed the course on competing in the AI age from
Harvard Business School with scholarship. Ms. Mishra’s has also delivered lecture at Vietnam
National University and being honored as the Best Teacher by The ICFAI Law School. She is
an active member of the Global Academy of Law-Tech Education and Research (GALTER).
Her scholarly contributions encompass a variety of papers published in renowned SCOPUS,
UGC-Care and Peer Reviewed journals and conferences. Key areas she has addressed include
Intellectual Property Rights in the era of AI, Non-Fungible Tokens and Traditional IPR,
Cybersecurity challenges and opportunities, Blockchain and AI Regulation. Additionally, she
has also been a co-editor of a book titled “Cyber Law and Emerging Trends in Information
Technology”. With a comprehensive participation record in both national and international
seminars and conferences, Ms. Mishra’s papers have covered diverse themes from data
protection to climate change.
